  Ordered food. Tuna jacket with salad. No trays or napkins. Lettuce was brown, 1 piece cucumber, 1 thin slice of tomato , jacket potatoes hard in places. Disappointed.

  lovely shop with everything you could wish, but, the website isn't very good at all. It only shows the type of things being sold and only the brand names being sold so, for instance, if you are looking for a particular item the website goes no further than a home page. You have to visit regardless of where you live which is really inconvenient. 5 stars for the store but barely one for the website.

  The lady in the Jacques Vert concession couldn't have been more helpful. My disabled wife takes a long time to try on clothes and was looking for an outfit for our sons wedding. The service was second to none and we were made to feel so special. Now all I have to do is find the matching hat and bag! 12 months today!!
